Brian Lynch is a trusted executive advisor with more than 25 years of experience helping associations, member organizations, and commercial enterprises accelerate growth, strengthen governance, diversify revenue, and build high-performing organizations.
Today, through BoldPoint Solutions, Brian advises CEOs, Boards, and executive leadership teams on governance, growth strategy, organizational transformation, stakeholder engagement, business development, interim executive leadership, and other high-impact strategic priorities. His approach combines strategic perspective with practical experience, helping leaders navigate complexity, make confident decisions, and achieve lasting results.
Throughout his executive career, Brian has led organizations through growth, transformation, leadership transitions, and industry disruption. Most recently, he served as Executive Vice President of the Global Cold Chain Alliance (GCCA) and Executive Director of the Controlled Environment Building Association (CEBA), leading growth initiatives across membership, business development, events, education, research, strategic partnerships, and governance.
Previously, Brian held executive leadership positions with the International Foodservice Distributors Association (IFDA), National Grocers Association (NGA), and Grocery Manufacturers Association (GMA). Across the multi-trillion-dollar global food and consumer goods industry, he collaborated with many of the world's leading food and beverage manufacturers, retailers, and foodservice and grocery distributors, leading association growth, business development, and C-suite engagement while advancing strategic partnerships, industry collaboration, research, and other high-impact initiatives.
Over the course of his career, Brian has built a reputation for combining strategic vision with practical execution, delivering measurable business results while cultivating strong, lasting relationships with executives, Boards, members, and industry stakeholders.
Brian earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Radford University and resides in Arlington, Virginia, with his family.
